    Consulting Service (SIN 874-1)- at the heart of BlueForce's core practice, we custom tailor our consulting services to the client's operational needs. BlueForce personnel perform consulting services on-site, remotely, or by a combination of both. We provide the services of highly skilled individual consultants with deep subject matter expertise if required, or assemble a cross-disciplinary team of consultants and subject-matter experts with complementary experience and skills for more complex client requirements. We also provide stand-alone consulting reports such as problem analyses, white papers, concepts of operation, organizational assessments, or strategic plans. All consulting reports are reviewed for substantive merit and accuracy by an internal company Red Team, revised as needed, and then given a final Gold Team review for style and readability. BlueForce personnel working individually provide skilled mentoring and facilitation services for complex project scoping, brain-storming, operational and strategic planning, process assessment, hot washes, and after-action evaluations.     Responsibilities: Provides senior management oversight and experience to systems engineering, technical efforts and typical associated tasks that include, but are not limited to, requirements analysis, cost/cost performance trade-off analysis, feasibility analysis, regulatory compliance support, technology conceptual designs, and special studies and analyses. In addition, conducts "gray beard" studies in response to DoD or other agency senior leadership requests.
    Minimum Experience/ Education: Masters Degree in a relevant discipline with over 15 years of experience, or a Doctorate in a relevant discipline with over 10 years of experience. Typically retired senior officer or equivalent with 15 to 35 years of experience in weapons systems operations, requirements, acquisition and engineering. Experience may include command of military organizations and extensive experience with joint and combined operations, weapons system concept development and requirements definition, and acquisition of weapons systems programs. Will also have extensive experience with the Secretary of Defense, Joint, Secretary of the Air Force, and Air Staffs.
